• How long does a full Shopify store build take?

  14–21 days door-to-door is the standard timeline. Day 1–2 is discovery and asset gathering, day 3–9 is theme installation and brand styling, day 10–14 is the product catalog load, day 15–18 is operations setup (payments, tax, shipping, email), and day 19–21 is QA, DNS cutover, and launch. Larger catalogs (200+ SKUs) or multi-currency / multi-language setups add 1–2 weeks.

• Is the Shopify theme included in the store build price?

  Yes — we use a premium theme from the Shopify Theme Store (your choice from a curated list of Dawn, Sense, Impulse, Prestige, Stiletto, Pacific) and style it to your brand. If you want a fully custom theme designed and coded from scratch, see our Theme Development service.

• How many products can you load in a Shopify store build?

  Up to 50 products with full variant + image setup is included in the standard build. Larger catalogs are charged per 100 SKUs after that. For catalogs over 200 SKUs we wire up a CSV bulk import workflow so you can manage future product loads yourself.

• Do you handle the domain, DNS, and SSL setup for Shopify?

  Yes. We point your custom domain at Shopify, set up the SSL certificate, configure www/non-www redirects, and verify the domain in Google Search Console. Works with any registrar — GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Google Domains, AWS Route 53.

• What email marketing flows are included in the store build?

  Klaviyo welcome series (3-email sequence), abandoned cart recovery, browse abandonment, and post-purchase thank-you flows are included by default. We design the templates, write the copy, and set the trigger conditions. Can swap to Mailchimp, Omnisend, or Shopify Email on request.
