• What counts as a 'task'?

  Anything that takes our dev time — adding a section, installing an app, fixing a bug, tweaking copy, updating product templates, integrating a new tool. Tasks roll over within the month (no carryover).

• What if I need more than 8 hours?

  Bigger projects bill at our standard hourly rate — but you get the retainer discount. Or we can bump you to a higher tier with more hours bundled in.

• How do I request work?

  Slack channel for quick stuff (under 30min), or our shared Linear board for anything bigger. Most tickets start work within 24 hours on weekdays.

• Do you handle emergencies?

  Critical issues (site down, checkout broken, payment failures) jump the queue and get worked immediately during weekday hours. Weekend emergency support is +$200/incident.

• Can I cancel?

  Yes, anytime. Cancel via your account dashboard or send us an email — you'll be billed for the current month and we'll wrap up any in-flight tickets.
